Khadijat El-Alawa, Founder
Ms. Khadijat El-Alawa is a trained nutritionist, food scientist and media person with a wealth of knowledge and experience in these fields. In this age of the internet, there is so much information out there but unfortunately, a lot of it might be misleading; Khadijat feels duty-bound to help people properly navigate and get the right information they may seek. She believes that arming people with the right information is the best way to empower and encourage them to do better for themselves. In her five-year practice, she has done this by educating and transforming the lives of people through her wellness program ‘Healthy Nutrition with K.A.D.Y’.
Her advocacy has seen her share her knowledge on various national and media streams including GHone tv, Etv, Radio Gold and Start fm.
Most recently she served as co-host on the ‘Breakfast Live’ morning show on TV Africa – an innovative morning show that ‘broke barriers’ in TV production and content, receiving great reviews from critics and viewers alike. She focused on the health and nutrition on the show.
Khadijat is also the co-founder of ‘Free Lunch GH.’, a non-profit organization that focuses on enriching the bodies and minds of underprivileged children by providing them with nutritious food as well as reading skills.
Khadijat believes that everyone has a purpose and the journey of finding and living it, is the true essence of life

Bezalel Adainoo, Nutrition
Bezalel is a Food Scientist and a trained Nutritionist. Bezalel’s objective as a food scientist and nutritionist is to contribute to the development of sustainable food and nutrition security through well-researched content aimed at educating the general public.
His writings are mainly inspired by the need for food science and nutrition professionals to create content well-suited for the public in simple language without losing the essence of the facts at hand.
He is the Content Manager and Host Author of StayWellNow.com, a blog that seeks to deliver well-researched, relatable content on food, nutrition and health to encourage a different mindset towards food without compromising health.

Castro Dokyi Affum, Fitness/ wellness
Castro Dokyi Affum is a licensed fitness trainer, actor and aspiring peak performance, therapist. Castro has been engaged in diverse sports all his life. Since 2012, he has been coaching and training professional Athletes and corporate employees and leaders in the public and private sectors. He partnered with various fitness studios, sports clubs and hotels to train their members and clients.
Castro has helped several people lose weight, regain their life force, get rid of their pains and drugs and boost their passion for living.
He is passionate about metabolic transformation, enhanced physiological and cognitive functions and self-healing techniques. His motto is „ the Body and mind can be restored to their optimum state when given the right natural environment“. The combination of ancient traditional wisdom along with proven modern scientific discoveries makes his techniques and results effective and sustainable.

Dr Karen Haizel, Health
Dr Karen Haizel is a medical officer currently with HEALTHNET Swan Medical Centre. She loves children but is passionate about Obstetrics and Gynaecology and planning to specialize in this field soon.
Aside from her calling as a medical officer, Dr Haizel is a weight loss coach with the aim to help as many people overcome medical conditions associated with poor lifestyle habits as possible.
She completed the School of Medical Sciences (KNUST) five years ago and is a registered medical practitioner with the Medical and Dental Council.

Dr Joel Akwetey, Health
Dr. Joel Djangma Akwetey is a registered medical practitioner with the Medical and Dental Council. He obtained his medical degree in 2014 from the University of Ghana Medical School. He has worked in the Upper West Regional Hospital and the Greater Accra Regional Hospital as a medical doctor.
He is a former President of the Federation of Ghana Medical Students’ Association. He was awarded the Mandela Rhodes Scholarship in 2017.
Dr. Akwetey is an energetic young man who loves research and has special interests in child health and internal medicine.
Dr. Joel is very passionate about changing the complex health system that currently exists in the country. He is currently the managing director of Peoples Health Services; a medical concierge group made of highly skilled medical professionals seeking to provide prompt and efficient medical services to the average Ghanaian.

Prince Kelly Anyomitse is a trained Public Health Nutritionist who has delivered nutrition education, training and consultancy in different capacities over the past 5 years. A firm believer that a good balance between one’s nutrition and exercising sets the body on the right path to optimum development.
He also holds a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation and is currently pursuing a certificate program in Professional Consulting from the Chartered Management Institute in the UK.
Prince has consulted for over 30 Ghanaian SME’s some being health-delivery focused companies. He has also executed projects on behalf of Vision Aid Overseas and Lilypads both from the UK on development of alternative low-cost spectacles and production of environmentally friendly biodegradable sanitary pads respectively.

Sharon Rabbles-Larbie, Nutrition, Diet
Sharon Rabbles-Larbie is a registered and licensed dietician with the Ghana Dietetics Association and Allied Health Professions Council. She obtained her master’s degree in dietetics from the University of Ghana. She has worked at various hospitals as a dietician and is currently working at the Trust Hospital.
RD Sharon is a passionate young lady who is enthused about diet and the role it plays in preventing non-communicable diseases.
RD Sharon enjoys writing articles and organizing seminars to promote healthy eating among all age groups. She runs a prenatal class on diet for pregnant women and is the administrator of “Health on a Plate” a diet page.
